Modistitch respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its users to do the same. It is our policy to respond to clear and properly formatted notices of alleged copyright infringement in compliance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and other applicable laws.

📢 Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that content hosted on our website infringes your copyright, you may submit a written DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated agent. To be effective, your notice must include the following:

A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative
A description of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
A description of the infringing material and its location on the site (e.g., specific URL)
Your full contact information (name, mailing address, phone number, and email)
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use of the material is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law
A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

⚖️ Counter-Notice Procedure

If you believe that content was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a counter-notification including:

Your physical or electronic signature
Identification of the removed material and its location before removal
A statement under penalty of perjury that you believe the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
Your name, address, phone number, and email address
A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in Vietnam and will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notice

Once a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material unless the original complainant files legal action within 10–14 business days.

🚫 Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Modistitch has a policy of terminating, when appropriate, user accounts of those determined to be repeat infringers.
