⚠️ Important Notes:

  • We do not provide a return shipping label, but we will send you a Return Identification (RI) number along with detailed repackaging instructions.

  • All returns must be shipped back to our warehouse within 60 days of receiving your order.

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs and reshipping fees for exchange orders.

📦 Refunds or Reshipment for Returned Orders

  • We are not responsible for returned orders due to incorrect or undeliverable addresses.

  • If an order is returned to sender and the customer wants it reshipped, a reshipping fee will apply.

  • If the customer prefers a refund instead of reshipment, we will issue a full refund minus the original shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee.

  • All returned items, including any free gifts, must be in good condition to qualify for a refund.
